Nestled in greenery and facing the mountains of the Basque Country, this Thirties mansion has been laid like a bouquet on the site of the Chantaco golf course.

A hundred-year old wisteria borders the arcades of the patio. Hundred-year old oaks shade the terraces and the flower-filled gardens, the swimming pool cradles the sky in its blue waters.

Conference rooms, private car park, swimming pool, golf course, tennis…and a few minutes’ away: Thalassotherapy, four-wheel driving, horse riding, casino, beaches, water sports.

The hotel is open from 1 May to 30 October for individual customers.

GOLF

Designed by the architect Harry Colt in 1928, the Chantaco Golf course virtually surrounds the hotel and stretches out facing the Rhune River in the exceptional setting of the Basque country.

The variety of the trees that surround it has made it famous. Its maritime pines, umbrella pines, Douglas and Nordmann firs, oaks and yellow poplars make this course unique.

With total or partial occupancy of the hotel (23 persons maximum in single rooms or 46 persons in double rooms), conference rooms are available, in order to guarantee tranquillity for your meetings, in an independent villa located in the hotel’s park and overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course.
